Property Checks

​Meticulously checking the property on every visit is incredibly important to ensure everything is properly functioning and maintained. Having complete peace of mind that everything is exactly how you left it.

Checks will include as a basic (but not limited to):

MILAGRO acts as your eyes and ears on your property when you are not there, so for additional peace of mind we include in all of our packages a full report including photographs after every visit.

This is uploaded to your dedicated portal and available for you to review at your convenience. That way you can be sure everything is exactly how it should be.
Watering Indoor Plants
Included in Priority & Exclusive Packages.
Plants can be high-maintenance, which is why we take an inventory of all of your household plants and ensure that on every visit they get watered and nourished (if needed).

Garden & Outdoor Inspection
Included in Priority & Exclusive Packages.
If your home has a garden then you are likely to already know how temperamental things can be unless they are regularly checked. It is also important for security purposes to monitor and provide confidence that nothing is happening on your property that shouldn't be.

Waiting for your arrival back to your home will be a full refrigerator of your favourite items, so no need to waste any time enjoying your trip. MILAGRO will have a set list of the things you love but if you want something specific, then just let us know in advance and it will be arranged.
